LevSMS is an opt-in SMS community information service for the NW Pilot.

Information we collect

When you use LevSMS, we may collect your mobile phone number, SMS commands you send, opt-in and opt-out timestamps, delivery logs, and support messages you send to us.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to your SMS commands, operate the service, honor opt-outs, prevent abuse, troubleshoot delivery, maintain compliance records, and improve approved community information workflows.

SMS consent and mobile information

Mobile information, text messaging originator opt-in data, and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell mobile numbers or SMS consent data.

Message frequency and charges

LevSMS sends messages only when you text us a command or request support. Message frequency varies by your requests. Message and data rates may apply.

Service providers

We may use service providers, such as SMS delivery, hosting, email, and logging providers, to operate LevSMS. These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to us.

Retention

We keep operational and compliance records only as long as reasonably needed for the service, compliance, security, and troubleshooting. Opt-out records may be kept to ensure we do not send further messages after STOP.

Your choices

You can text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to unsubscribe. You can text HELP for support. You can also email support@levsms.com.

Children

LevSMS is not intended to collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate parental consent. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13 without required consent, we will take appropriate steps to delete or limit that information.
